for the following positions:</FONT></P>

Insurance</B> <B>Sales</B> We have great markets and
offer a strong lead development program. Some evenings
are required. This is a sales position with emphasis
on property and casualty insurance. Life and health
insurance experience is a plus. Compensation for this
position includes a base salary with production bonuses.

<P><FONT face="Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif" size="2">
<B>Commercial Insurance Inside Sales</B> This is an
inside sales position with emphasis on property and
casualty sales to small to medium sized businesses.
All leads are provided by the Agency and are generated
from call in prospects, direct mail and advertising.
This position will also assist with managing prospect
databases and the development and mailing of marketing
materials. Compensation for this position includes a
base salary with production bonuses. </FONT></P>
<P><FONT face="Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif" size="2"><B>Commercial
Account Manager</B> This position is in our Select Accounts
Department and is responsible for providing customer
service and processing transactions on small commercial
accounts. At least two years experience is required.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication
skills and a stable work history. Microsoft Word and
Insurnet experience is a plus. </FONT></P>
<P><FONT face="Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif" size="2"><B>Commercial
Insurance Outside Sales</B> This is an outside sales
position with emphasis on property and casualty sales
to medium to large sized businesses. Leads are generated
from various sources including advertising, direct mail
and telemarketing activities. Compensation for this
position includes a base salary with production bonuses.
A successful track record in commercial insurance sales
is required.</FONT></P>
<P><FONT face="Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif" size="2">We
