Q.  Is Workers Compensation mandatory?
A.  In Montana, all firms are subject to the Workers Compensation statute and all are required to carry Workers Comp insurance.

Q.  What if a corporate officer does not take a salary?
A.  The payroll used to calculate premiums for corporate officers is subject to a minimum of $10,400 annually and a maximum of $41,600.
Q.  What does an injured worker receive?
A.  All medical bills are paid and if the worker cannot work for an extended period of time, disability benefits are paid up to a maximum of $520.00 per week.
